Head to the upper level on the left side of the ship and pick up a torch. Repair the glowing gears at the top, then head back down and push on the green handle once again to raise the boxes even higher. Stand on the flowers and use your super jump for a Minikit. Jump onto the platform at the top, and head to the bridge with the glowing flowers. Switch to Elizabeth and climb the rope you just knocked down as Jack. Let yourself fall down one more level to get a Minikit, then jump back up. You should land on another brown bar on the side of the boat. Jump down slightly to hang off of the brown bar on the side of this bridge, then let yourself fall. Hit the rope so that it falls down below you, but instead of jumping after it, walk back to where the downward bridge meets the flat bridge. Here, walk down the small downward bridge and continue forward. From there, jump onto a rope to slide across to the left side of the boat.
